How TR△CE handles your data and your clients' data. Effective July 20, 2026.
TR△CE is operated by Crush Digital Atelier LLC (Wyoming, USA). TR△CE stores information you provide, such as your name, email address, organization details, projects, and client contact information. We also collect basic usage data to improve reliability and understand how the product is used.
We use your data to deliver the core service: client-facing project timelines, magic links, notifications, and account management. We may use aggregated, anonymized data for analytics and product decisions, but we do not sell your personal data.
We rely on the following sub-processors to operate TR△CE: Supabase (database & file storage), Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS), Resend (transactional email), Groq and Anthropic (AI text processing of project content), Vercel (hosting & anonymized analytics), and Sentry (error monitoring). These providers have their own security and privacy programs; we only share the minimum necessary data required to deliver the service.
Project and client data is retained while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data; some billing or audit records may be retained as required by law.
Depending on your jurisdiction — including under the GDPR if you are in the EU/EEA — you have the right to access, rectify, and erase your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to object to certain processing. You can delete your account and all associated data yourself in Settings, and export a copy of your data from the same place. For any other request, contact us at support@tr4ce.app and we’ll honor it where applicable.
